Today I woke up filled with peace. I am in awe of God's glorious artwork on earth. The frosted trees and fluffy ground. Everything outlined in crisp white. It is beautiful. It is so very beautiful.
Briony and I walked to a few window and just looked. After I began to fix breakfast walked to the window and pointed. I am so happy for her to begin to make those memories related to smell, warmth of cold out the window and heat from the vent. All those little details that make up memories that make you feel safe and loved.
I am having one of those mornings and all the glory goes to God who is my comfort and security.

- I see myself as a novice gardener, though I may be further along than that. I often ponder life and feel closer to God when gardening. I always longed for God, but it wasn't until I was 30 that I asked him to lead my life. I'm a wife, mother, daughter and sister. I volunteer, sometimes reluctantly, I do what I can to preserve the earth and remember God first in all things. I question societal norms and societal group conscious. Gardening is work, like life, and I see life lessons in garden work.
